IRA Financial Group Introduces Free Plan Administration Services With its Solo 401(K) Plan

Self-Employed Individual – Solo 401(k) Plan

Miami, FL (PRWEB) May 11, 2012

IRA Financial Group, the leading provider of solo 401(k) Plans, introduces free plan administration services for its solo 401K plan clients. With IRA Financial Group’s Solo 401K Plan, sole proprietorships or small business owners with no full-time employees can have their own retirement plan without having to pay annual plan administration fees. “Our solo 401(k) Plan clients are able to serve as trustee and plan administrator of their own retirement plans, “ stated Adam Bergman, a tax attorney with the IRA Financial Group. “Because a Solo 401(k) Plan has no employees it is not governed by the ERISA rules, which makes administering ones own plan fairly easy,“ stated Mr. Bergman.

The Solo 401K Plan, also known as an individual 401K was initially created to provide sole proprietorships and small business owners with no full-time employees with an easy and cost effective retirement program. The IRS did not want small business owners to have spend considerable time or waste resources on complying with numerous administrative rules and regulations with respect to their retirement plan. From a Solo 401K plan administrator standpoint, the solo 401(k) Plan is easy to operate. There is generally no annual filing requirement unless the solo 401(k) Plan exceeds $ 250,000 in assets, in which case one will need to file a short information return with the IRS (Form 5500-EZ). In other words, if a solo 401(k) Plan has less than $ 250,000 in asset value, the Plan would not be required to file the annual IRS Form 5500EZ.

For Solo 401(k) Plans that have assets with a value in excess of $ 250,000, the plan administrator is required to file the IRS Form 5500-EZ. The tax professionals at the IRA Financial Group will help clients complete the IRS Form 5500EZ as well as offer tax support with respect to any questions on the plan making serving as plan administrator safe and easy. “By using our solo 401(k) Plans, our clients are able to save hundreds of dollars each year in administrative fees, “ stated Maria Ritsi, a paralegal with the IRA Financial Group.

The IRA Financial Group was founded by a group of top law firm tax and ERISA lawyers who have worked at some of the largest law firms in the United States, such as White & Case LLP and Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP.

IRA Financial Group is the market’s leading “Checkbook Control” Self Directed IRA and Solo 401k Plan Facilitator. We have helped thousands of clients take back control over their retirement funds while gaining the ability to invest in almost any type of investment, including real estate tax-free and without custodian consent!

Triangle Adventure Boot Camp Announces the Anticipated Re-Opening of Its Cary Location

Triangle Adventure Boot Camp Announces the Anticipated Re-Opening of Its Cary Location

Cary, NC (PRWEB) January 06, 2012

Triangle Adventure Boot Camp, the greater Raleigh area installment of the largest fitness boot camp system in the world, will re-open its Cary location on January 9, 2012. Cary is the second Wake County location for the women’s-only outdoor fitness program, with the original location in North Raleigh continuing to bring fitness to the women in that area. The Cary location was originally opened in April 2010 and was temporarily closed less than a year ago. Undeterred by the site’s closure, Jennifer Shevach, Triangle Adventure Boot Camp’s director and primary instructor, worked diligently to re-open the site and is now excited to do so with a new home and a new instructor.

“It was never a problem of interest in the Cary location. It was just a matter of finding the right place and the right instructor to meet the needs of the women in Cary, and I am thrilled that I have finally been able to do that,” says Shevach. “We can’t wait to once again be able to help more women achieve their fitness goals.” Shevach attributes the success of Triangle Adventure Boot Camp to the uniqueness of the program and the support and motivation of the other campers in the class. “This program is for women of all sizes, ages, and fitness levels. No one gets left behind, and everyone offers motivation and encouragement,” Shevach says.

The Cary and North Raleigh classes will both be held Monday through Friday mornings from 5:30-6:30am, and Triangle Adventure Boot Camp welcomes Sandra Holland to the coaching team, where she joins Shevach and assistant trainer Kristie Ellison. Shevach will continue to lead the North Raleigh site, and Holland will be the primary instructor for the Cary site, while Ellison will move between both sites. “Originally from Ireland, Sandra brings over 10 years of fitness experience and an education in Exercise, Fitness, and Health to the team, as well as a positive attitude and a lot of energy! We are excited to see how far she will take the Cary site!” says Shevach. Ellison is also looking forward to the changes. “I am really eager to work with Sandra and all of the enthusiastic women of Cary,” she says.

The new Cary location of Triangle Adventure Boot Camp will be at Premier School of Dance, 305-H Ashville Avenue, Cary, NC 27518. It is centrally located off Tryon Rd and only a mile from US-1. Shevach believes the convenience and large indoor space make it a great location. “Our new location is easy to get to and offers plenty of room inside for Cary women to work hard. Being able to go inside is especially important during the cold winter months,” she says.

Triangle Adventure Boot Camp fuses personal training with group exercise in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Women from all over the Triangle engage each morning in a variety of activities designed to improve their level of physical fitness and boost their self-confidence. Triangle Adventure Boot Camp offers weight loss and strength gains to women of all fitness levels. Each 4-week camp consists of obstacle courses, cardio intervals, weight training, and core strengthening exercises, developed to maximize fitness gains in just one hour per day.

While there are over 250 Adventure Boot Camp locations worldwide, Triangle Adventure Boot Camp is the only one of its kind in the greater Raleigh area. This re-opening in Cary once again solidifies TABC as a key player in the women’s fitness arena.

SpareFoot Partners with SelfStorageFinders to Create Largest Advertising Network in Self-Storage

SpareFoot Partners with SelfStorageFinders to Create Largest Advertising Network in Self-Storage

With the addition of leading self-storage site SelfStorageFinders.com to its network, SpareFoot now operates the industry’s largest advertising platform.

Austin, TX (PRWEB) May 10, 2011

SpareFoot, the online self-storage marketplace and industry solution provider, announced it now boasts the largest advertising network in the industry—larger than all of its competitors’ combined (Compete.com, March 2011). This benchmark follows SpareFoot’s recent agreement to power SelfStorageFinders.com.

The partnership with SelfStorageFinders.com was finalized earlier this month, effecting a major change in the way the site serves both facilities and consumers. It previously utilized a subscription model, whereby self-storage facilities paid monthly for listings without any guarantee of performance. On the SpareFoot Network, there are no monthly fees, and listed facilities only pay when a new tenant moves in—guaranteeing ROI.

SelfStorageFinders.com will benefit from an improved user experience to drive more transactions, and a much larger database of storage facilities. The overhead spent on managing facility advertising subscriptions will also be eliminated, simplifying their business overall.

“As key players in this milestone for SpareFoot, we’re excited to be a part of what is now the largest online marketplace for self-storage,” said Matt Price, owner of SelfStorageFinders.com. “Through this partnership, we will generate even more exposure for our listed storage facilities. Meanwhile, it’s easier than ever for our consumer visitors to find and compare all of the best storage options in one convenient place online.”

SelfStorageFinders.com joins SpareFoot’s rapidly growing list of partners, which already includes leading sites like SelfStorage.com, Apartments.com and uShip.com. Sites in the SpareFoot Network enjoy more web traffic than all other independent storage directory and listing sites combined. The three-year-old company, led by CEO Chuck Gordon, is committed to developing a diverse suite of products that offer the most straightforward, effective online marketing solutions for self-storage operators.

“This milestone is incredibly exciting, and we’re eager to take our ideas and products even further in the self-storage industry,” Gordon said. “As self-storage consumers increasingly turn to the web to research their options, our goal is to help make their search for storage as simple as possible. And in doing so, we can help storage facilities improve their online visibility and generate more tenants through smart online marketing.”

About SpareFoot:

SpareFoot is the leading online marketplace for self-storage. With more than 5,000 self-storage facilities listed nationwide, SpareFoot offers consumers the most complete comparison shopping experience in the storage industry. Across multiple properties including SpareFoot.com, SelfStorage.com, Apartments.com and many others, SpareFoot helps storage facility operators find new tenants—all through an entirely pay-for-performance model. SpareFoot is backed by Silverton Partners, FLOODGATE and Capital Factory. For more information, please visit http://www.sparefoot.com.

About Self Storage Finders:

SelfStorageFinders.com is committed to aiding customers in finding self-storage quickly and easily. The site provides location and contact information for facilities nationwide. Prospective tenants can search through listings on the site to find the best storage solution for their needs. The company offers unique opportunities to storage owners in addition to prospective renters. SelfStorageFinders.com generates exposure for its facility clients by offering premier visibility on major search engines. For more information, please visit http://www.selfstoragefinders.com.

Employer Health Management Program Helps Companies Succeed in Consumer Driven Healthcare Market

Employer Health Management Program Helps Companies Succeed in Consumer Driven Healthcare Market

(PRWEB) June 29, 2005

Self Well Systems®, an Employer Health Management program, has developed a cost-effective program for employers to reduce their healthcare expenses while retaining their valued employees who are feeling the increasing financial weight of skyrocketing healthcare costs.

According to the Employment Policy Foundation, in 2003 a typical company’s healthcare cost an average of $ 3.80 per hour for each employee participating in healthcare coverage. By 2004, healthcare premiums increased by over 11%, four times the rate of inflation.

To stem the flow of these costs, many employers have chosen to allow employees to invest in Consumer Driven Health Plans with Health Savings Accounts (HSA) or Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA). Almost 50% of employers are using or seriously considering a Consumer Driven Health plan in the near future for their employees.

The most successful companies who currently use consumer health plans are those that actively help their employees make healthy lifestyle and behavioral changes. Self Well Systems Employer Health Management Program provides decision-making tools to help assess and implement these changes.

“By sponsoring an Employer Health Management program like Self Well Systems, a company can help its employees focus on prevention and health improvement, not just reactively treating an illness,” says Belinda Shover, President of Patient Prognostix Inc. and an industry veteran in the Florida HMO market. “Our user-friendly program profiles the health risks of the user into five prognostic categories. With personalized interventions and health target goals, the employee and their physician can better map out a treatment plan suited to one’s own personal healthcare needs,”

The Self Well Systems comprehensive Employer Health Management program consists of:

An online health risk appraisal (Self Well Assessment)

A health risk scoring system identifying the employees most pressing health needs (Self Well Index)

A proactive intervention guide with personalized target goals (Self Well Guide)

Custom tailored health tracker reports (Self Well Tracker, which includes Action Plans, Appointment Planners, and Medication Managers)

Multiple interactive tools and reports designed to allow the user to better understand how to navigate the Self Well healthcare system.

Employees using the Self Well Systems Employer Health Management program receive immediate online reports with instructions and suggestions about how they can better manage their health. Companies who use the program receive a quarterly Corporate Report, analyzing the collective health of their workforce and suggestions on where to focus their health and wellness efforts. Better employee health and wellness will also lead to lower healthcare costs, improved employee morale, less absenteeism, and higher productivity.

As Consumer Driven Healthcare expands its reach into the business world, the effectiveness of one’s preventive programs will be key in reducing out-of-control health insurance costs. For more information about the Self Well Systems Employer Health Management Program, please visit http://www.SelfWellSystems.com.

About Self Well Systems®

Self Well Systems was created by Patient Prognostix Inc., a Florida based corporation. It is a user-friendly, personal health management program designed to direct consumers to an intervention driven approach to self-management by giving the user more comprehensive information about their own personal health care status. The instructions and interventions follow commonly accepted clinical practice guidelines from relevant medical organizations and associations. The intent of Self Well Systems is not to supplant the patient/doctor relationship, but to enhance it.

Family and Friends of Depressed Individuals Now Have Free Confidential Online Support

Family and Friends of Depressed Individuals Now Have Free Confidential Online Support

Northborough, MA (PRWEB) June 7, 2006

MySelfHelp.com, the world’s leading provider of online, interactive self-help programs and tools, has introduced Caring for Your Depressed Love One, a free and confidential online program available 24 hours a day for family and friends who want to learn more, obtain support, and help someone who is suffering from depression.

“Those who love and care about someone who is depressed feel helpless, frightened, frustrated, and alone,” said Dr. Richard Bedrosian, president of MySelfHelp.com and the leading expert on online self-help resources. “We wanted to create a program that would educate them about depression and provide them with the help and support they need — both for their loved ones, and for themselves.”

Too Few Resources for Families

According to Dr. Bedrosian, caregivers often feel isolated and confused about how to help, and may experience a range of painful emotions, including fear, anxiety, sadness, frustration, guilt, or anger. Many are unable to get the appropriate support, or are uncomfortable talking with others about their loved one’s depression. “Our programs teach them how to help themselves, as well as what to do to help their loved one — and what not to do.”

Overcoming Barriers of Fear and Stigma

“We hear from frustrated spouses, frightened parents, and concerned friends who don’t know how to react or how to help,” said Dr. Bedrosian. “We also hear from military personnel in combat overseas who are worried about fellow soldiers, as well as spouses and family of high-profile individuals who are afraid to reveal their problems or obtain appropriate help. They are able to receive the same type of confidential, online help that is offered through our other interactive recovery programs.”

Caring for Loved Ones is part of the MySelfHelp.com family of 12 programs for individuals suffering from depression, stress, insomnia, eating disorders, and a range of other mental health problems. The programs were developed in part through grants from the National Institute of Mental Health, and are designed to complement and reinforce treatment.

As the world’s premier site for online self-help resources and tools, MySelfHelp.com consists of a growing family of highly interactive, easy-to-use programs featuring user-customizable exercises and resources designed to speed recovery and promote well being. MySelfHelp.com programs are currently being recommended by healthcare professionals and used by healthcare organizations and individuals in 48 countries throughout the world.

The MySelfHelp.com growing family of programs also includes Defeating Depression, Stress Management, Conquer Insomnia, Stop Binge Eating, Take Control of Bulimia, Coping with Grief, Working on Low Self-Esteem, Help for Compulsive Shopping, Overcoming Guilt, Caring for Your Loved One (eating disorders) and Hope for HIV and Depression. A moderated Discussion Board provides added support and allows members to connect and share ideas and support with others who are experiencing similar problems. Recent research on depression, bulimia, binge eating disorder, and insomnia indicates that use of MySelfHelp.com programs results in significant improvements.

MySelfHelp.com is staffed by a team of highly experienced and reputable health care professionals who are devoted to helping people improve the quality of their lives.

Achieving New Year?s Success with Self-Talk Audio Book

Achieving New Year’s Success with Self-Talk Audio Book

(PRWEB) November 29, 2005 –

With more than half of Americans abandoning their New Year’s resolutions, success hinges on a new self-talk audio book entitled “Design Your Life: Using Self-Talk to Create Your Life One Day at a Time,” by Michael J. Russ available at Amazon.com.

According to a University of Scranton survey, 40 to 45 percent of American adults make one or more resolutions each year, however, only 36 percent maintained their resolution(s) after six months.

“Americans simply talk themselves right out of their resolutions,” said Michael Russ, president of Powerful Living International, LLC. “At the beginning of the year you are full of optimism, excitement and hope. The thoughts and words you use to describe your resolutions are enthusiastic and positive. Then as days and months progress, enthusiasm fades and you find yourself referring to your goals with doubtful and apologetic self-talk.”

To help people maintain the attitude, drive and motivation necessary to successfully accomplish goals, Russ has produced a new audio book outlining how to align self-talk with goals.

Self-talk is what people think and say about themselves, both in their head and in conversations with others. The experiences and success people have in their lives are directly influenced by self-talk. Russ says self-defeating thoughts should be replaced by supportive thoughts.

“Self-talk is the most incredible force you have for creating the life you envision. When you use it to support you in every moment, life doesn’t seem so difficult. This is the power of self-talk,” said Russ.

About the Author (http://www.powerfulliving.org)

Michael J. Russ, president and founder of Powerful Living International, LLC, is an empowering speaker who has authored several audio books providing mental tools for effective selling, playing better golf, managing energy and improving self-talk. His newest audio book: “Design Your Life: Using Self-Talk to Create Your Life One Day at a Time,” is geared towards young adults and outlines a five step process for using positive self-talk to build inner strength, improve self-image and work through adversity to achieve success.

For additional information about Russ, his audio books or to set up interviews, please call 850-866-6965.

Bestselling Author Declares May 15 ?Freedom from Self-Improvement Day?

Bestselling Author Declares May 15 “Freedom from Self-Improvement Day”

Bainbridge Island, WA (PRWEB) April 25, 2007

Self-improvement is a one-way ticket to misery, says bestselling author Jennifer Louden. Instead, the path to happiness and fulfillment starts with acceptance of who and where you are. As a result, Louden is announcing the first annual “Freedom from Self-Improvement Day,” this May 15, 2007.

“Beating ourselves up because our thighs aren’t thin enough, or because we still haven’t perfected the art of ‘positive thinking’ hasn’t made us happier or the world a better place,” says Louden, the author of six books including ”The Woman’s Comfort Book” and her recently released ”The Life Organizer: A Woman’s Guide to a Mindful Year.” “Inner peace through endless self-improvement only serves to make us endlessly dissatisfied and disappointed. The biggest paradox in trying to change ourselves is that nothing happens until we embrace who and how we are right now, imperfections, perceived flaws and all.”

The day will include a number of resources to encourage self-acceptance, ban self-improvement, and have fun while doing it, including a “Declaration of Independence from Self-Improvement,” audio downloads contributed by a host of best-selling authors and spiritual teachers, and suggested activities for celebrating our beautiful, imperfect selves. “Whether it’s something as private and simple as signing the Declaration, as silly as intentionally wearing a mismatched pair of socks, or as public as wearing a ‘Freedom from Self-Improvement Day’ t-shirt, I want to give people a taste of freedom from the constant litany of ‘shoulds,’ ‘don’ts,’ and ‘musts’ that fill our brains,” says Louden.

Louden is hoping that the grassroots effort will spread and take on a life of its own, resulting in a worldwide trend towards self-acceptance rather than self-deprecation and constant pushing to do more, better and faster. “The number of people suffering from depression, anxiety, and general dissatisfaction with life is at an all-time high,” she says. “The answer is not more self-punishment, but a gentler, more compassionate approach, starting with ourselves. True change is a result of self-love, not self-hatred.”

For more information on Freedom from Self-Improvement Day, including interviews, articles, and FAQ sheets, or for partnership opportunities, please contact Jennifer Louden or visit the website at http://www.freedomfromselfimprovement.com.
